The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian government initiative that funds disability supports. It helps people with a permanent and significant disability access the reasonable and necessary supports they need to live an ordinary life.

LinktCare supports plan-managed and self-managed participants. We are not able to support NDIA-managed participants at this stage. If you are not sure how your plan is managed, we are happy to help you find out.
Absolutely. We believe in choice and control. We carefully match you with support workers based on your preferences, cultural background, interests and needs, and you can request a change at any time.
We are based in Werribee and support participants across Wyndham City Council, including Hoppers Crossing, Point Cook, Tarneit, Truganina, Wyndham Vale, Manor Lakes and Williams Landing. We also cover the City of Melton, City of Brimbank, City of Hobsons Bay and Geelong inner suburbs.
Our base is at Level 1/44 Watton St, Werribee VIC 3030. It is a virtual office, so meetings are by appointment only. Most of our support happens where it matters, in your home and out in your community.
